What counts as a visit?
One successfully created queue entry counts as one visit. Page views, tracking refreshes, status changes, staff logins, failed submissions, and cancelled forms do not.
How do monthly limits work?
Visits are pooled across all locations and reset at the start of each calendar month in the organization's configured timezone. Free includes 300 visits and Queue Plus includes 5,000.
Are monthly and yearly Queue Plus different plans?
No. Both have identical features and 5,000 visits each calendar month. Queue Plus is $9.99 monthly or $99.99 yearly; yearly saves $19.89 versus twelve monthly payments.
What happens if a payment fails?
Queue Plus remains active while Lemon Squeezy retries a past-due renewal. If it becomes unpaid, Free limits apply without deleting data and billing recovery remains available for 30 days. Verified recovery restores Queue Plus without resetting usage.
