Join today's queue before you arrive.
Available with Queue Plus
Join remotely, track your turn from your phone, and arrive closer to your turn. Remote Join lets customers enter today's live queue before arriving, using a public link or the permanent Remote Join QR.

From public link to a place in today's queue
- Open the business's link in a browser. No customer app or account is needed.
- Choose a location and queue or service when there is a choice.
- Enter the requested details, choose enabled visit reasons and optionally add a private note.
- Join the open queue and keep your secure tracking link. Follow the business's arrival instructions as your turn approaches.
This is a live queue, not a reserved time slot. See how virtual queues differ from appointment booking.
Accept new visitors when your team is ready
Authorized staff use Open Queue or Close Queue beside the selected queue on Dashboard. Closing stops new staff-created and Remote Join admissions. Existing visitors remain and can still be called, served or managed; their tracking links keep working.
Reopening continues the same day's queue. It preserves visitors, settings and numbering: after tickets #1, #2 and #3, the next visitor receives #4. Open/Close is a core capability on both plans.
Limit remote waiting without losing control of walk-ins
Set how many remote visitors can actively wait, or choose Unlimited. This is a remote waiting limit, not a configurable limit for the whole queue. Remote Join still requires an open queue, enabled settings and available monthly visits.
Existing operating hours and an early cutoff also apply when configured. The normal interface has no daily-hours editor; use Dashboard for practical Open/Close control.
A readable link and a QR you can keep printing
Share a readable organization or location link. Download the permanent QR as an SVG from Remote Join settings for signs or printed materials. Renaming the readable link does not invalidate that QR. Share the new readable link after a rename; the old readable name is not permanent.
The QR has no scheduled expiry, but it cannot bypass a closed queue, disabled Remote Join or ended Queue Plus access.
Give staff useful context before arrival
Choose whether name, phone and email are hidden, optional or required. Offer multiple visit reasons and make at least one required when useful. Enable an optional private note for queue context, without collecting medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Customers can edit permitted reasons and notes from their secure tracking page while waiting or skipped. Calling and terminal visits are read-only. Relevant staff dashboards update without manual refresh.
One location or several
Single-location businesses avoid an unnecessary choice screen. Businesses with multiple locations can direct customers to the correct location and service. Queue Plus supports up to 3 locations with a shared monthly visit allowance.
See remote arrivals and finish the day clearly
A Remote badge identifies new remote visitors. Source reporting distinguishes Remote, QR, Staff and Unknown where applicable. If someone does not arrive, staff can confirm No-show: cancel visit; it becomes Cancelled. Skipped remains reversible.
Staff can opt in to supported browser notifications for new remote joins. These notifications omit customer names, contact details, reasons and notes. Browser/device support varies; a visible relevant Dashboard may suppress an unnecessary OS notification.
Start with the right plan
Remote Join is available with Queue Plus at $9.99/month or $99.99/year, with 5,000 visits per calendar month shared across locations. Free retains on-site ticket QR, live turn tracking and core staff queue management.
